Elected a new President ADIOR

22 APR 2018 in Sochi, ahead of the X Congress of oncologists and radiologists of CIS and Eurasia, held a Meeting of the Directors of cancer centres and institutes of the CIS countries.

During the meeting, the decision of the majority of participants, was elected the new President ADIOR - Andrei Dmitrievich Kaprin, academician of RAS, Director of the "SMRC radiology" of Ministry of health of Russia.

A. D. Kaprin thanked colleagues for trust and high evaluation, noting the special importance of this position and stressing the great responsibility entrusted to him as President. He noted the importance of preserving and continuing the traditions that were laid down in a basis of work of the Association by his predecessors. Speaking about plans for the future guide ADIOR, A. D. Kaprin announced the introduction of the principle of openness and democracy in the work of the Association. According to him, will soon begin the active work of the Association members to discuss all the pressing issues, as well as planning and implementation of programs aimed at the development of the organization.
