The cooperation of the Association of oncologists of Russia and Kyrgyzstan

In February 2020, in Kyrgyzstan there passed the international conference devoted to the analysis of errors in surgery. A team of Russian experts of the fgbi "SMRC radiology" of Ministry of health of Russia took an active part in the event. The Center's specialists not only headed the section, made reports, but also conducted workshops and demonstration operations. On the outcome of the conference told zthe Deputy General Director for surgery Andrey Ryabov.

The conference was attended by a lot of specialists in different surgical specialties from transplant to okahirongo. In the framework of the scientific sessions discussed possible surgical complications in various sections of clinical medicine. The conference was very intensive and was held on two bases: in the medical Academy, which hosted the opening and the signing of the Memorandum on cooperation of the Association of oncologists of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, and in the business center of hotel complex "Jannat resort" took place working meeting of specialists in the relevant sections. What about the composition of the delegation arrived from Russia? From Russia the conference was attended by 26 regional specialists of the leading centers of our country: from Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, St.-Petersburg, Obninsk, naturally, the fgbi "SMRC radiology" of Ministry of health of Russia and other Federal centers of Moscow. - What was the most important in the agenda of the conference? I was assigned the Director General of fgbu "SMRC radiology" of Ministry of health of Russia, President of the Association of oncologists of Russia, A. D. by Caprinum to sign a Memorandum on cooperation between the Association of oncologists of Russia and the Association of oncologists of Kyrgyzstan, which aims to expand and strengthen relations between the two countries in the fight against cancer. For more than 5 years of fgbu "SMRC radiology" of Ministry of health of Russia actively interacts with oncologists Kyrgyzstan, holds conferences, consultations and performs joint operation. At the conference I gave a lecture about the experience of treatment of patients with anastomosis failure of the food and made two presentations about the features of the treatment of child trauma 12 duodenal ulcer, which was operated on a few years ago in the amount of DAG, and malignant fistula after splenectomy laparoscopically. My colleagues at the Center Dmitry Sidorov, Mikhail Lozhkin, Leonid Olegovich Petrov reported about the advanced technologies and techniques in surgery of the liver, used in the Center. In addition, we spent several exemplary operations of the master class, which was attended by our colleagues from Kyrgyzstan. Some of them were trained in our Center and we must admit that it is very experienced professionals. Of course personal relationships on a professional and scientific basis to give ground for the expansion of contacts and cooperation. What is the Memorandum of cooperation may be useful for Kyrgyzstan? - This agreement gives the right to use Russian technology to expand the possibilities of training of specialists of Kyrgyzstan on the basis of our centres, to strengthen professional and scientific relationships. - As first developed our cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic? - Our first meeting with Kyrgyzstan began in 2015 when we are at the invitation of the Kyrgyz side came a large team under the leadership of academician A. D. Kaprina to the Republic. It was not just a study tour, it was a working visit, we performed a number of operations in hospitals of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin, the medical centre of Kyrgyz state medical Academy. I. K. akhunbaeva, in private clinics, urological and cancer centers, national children's hospital. - How do You assess the level of development of these institutions? - The majority of experts in Kyrgyzstan is the disciples of the Russian school. Rector Of The Kyrgyz state medical Academy. I. K. akhunbaeva acting Kudaibergenova studied 11 years in Russia Vishnevsky Institute, in the cancer center. Many experts who took us passed the post-graduate and residency training at the leading institutions of our country. I should note that their professional level is very high, and they are constantly internships in Russia and abroad. In addition, some of our colleagues are the undisputed leaders of medicine. For example, the experience of treatment of patients with alveococcosis to our Kyrgyz colleagues, one of the largest in the world. Medicine today not only people but also technology, which include education, material and technical equipment. I should note that I see positive changes in the development of the medicine of Kyrgyzstan both in terms of logistical and technical re-equipment, and in terms of the attention of the leader of the Republic and organizers of health care issues in the training of their national staff. They are on the way to the signing of various memorandums and agreements not only with Russia but also with Turkey, with Germany, with other countries who come with good will to Kyrgyzstan. Therefore, the level of medicine there is enough to help people in many difficult situations. Where our colleagues don't consult, they consulted and invited experts from Russia or other countries, or refer patients to these countries. To us these patients also come. - How do you assess the plans on joint cooperation? - I believe we need to increase the interaction on the medicine with all our post-Soviet republics to try to strengthen these ties and this is happening, including in the framework of cooperation between organizations of the member countries of ADIOR CIS and Eurasia. This is important because there are many of our compatriots, including the Russian people, who for various reasons left to live abroad. Kyrgyzstan is a very comfortable, from my point of view, a platform for the interactiontion through the channels of medicine, because most doctors are graduates of our national school of medicine, people come to us very located. When I was, for example, in Karakol, we visited the Museum and monument to our outstanding compatriot Przewalski. Then the authorities ordered to rename the city after him. People have done a lot for development and proximity to our country. I think we have the baton to pass and implement in the framework of the projects that I do. We have planned a lot of events together. For example, fall within ADIOR CIS and EA will host a conference of young scientists. Farhat Ruslanovich of Vendita is responsible for the section of young scientists in the framework of ADIOR. Along with the leaders of the Kyrgyz side we were discussing projects, how to join the youth sector of the two countries in terms of improving contacts. The planned conference on alveococcosis cookies, which will be held in the summer or fall of this year. We also discussed the issues of telepathology, our center is a reference from the point of view of consultation, pathological drugs. I talked to our colleagues about these features on the example of Kazakhstan. It aroused great interest and desire to continue cooperation in this direction. And I think this experience is useful to extend to other CIS countries.
